Malika Brown-Brothers is an accomplished Nonprofit Leader and the founder of Brown Administrative Management, LLC (BAM), a prominent administrative support company dedicated to serving nonprofit organizations. With over 20 years of experience as an administrative professional, nonprofit leader, and strategic planner, Malika has consistently saved organizations time and fostered business growth through effective admin support and strategic planning.

In her previous roles as Chief of Staff and Chief Strategy Officer, Malika successfully increased organizational revenue, engaged communities, established operational policies and procedures, and enhanced communications and marketing efforts. Her expertise in strategic planning and operational management has consistently yielded tangible outcomes for the organizations she has served.

Malika holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations and a Master's degree in Business Management and Leadership from the City University of New York. Her passion for continuous learning and professional development keeps her ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving business landscape.
