Rochelle Hallisy

Rochelle Hallisy is a Senior Coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In her role she ensures that regulatory reports collected by her team are processed within the established parameters and advanced data analysis is performed, providing support to financial analysts on her team and their stakeholders. In addition to overseeing the report processing she holds a variety of leadership roles that support strategic and operational initiatives. She supported the Bank’s community outreach and engagement strategies by serving as leader-on-loan for 2 years, leading the Bank’s employee volunteer program, providing employees with opportunities to volunteer for sanctioned community activities.

Rochelle is passionate about serving the community and has spent many years volunteering in the Cleveland community serving meals and helping to raise funds for homeless and under-served. Rochelle currently serves as a Board member for the Ka-La Healing Garden Center in Cleveland’s Central/Fairfax neighborhood and is a member of the Cleveland Leadership Center Council.

Rochelle holds a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University. She is an avid cyclist, has 3 adult children and lives in the Hudson community.
